1. Rental Requirements

Minimum rental age: 18 years.

Customer must present a valid local driver’s license.

A clear photo of the driver’s license will be required for record purposes.

2. Rental Period & Payment

Rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis.

Full payment for the agreed rental period must be made in advance.

No extra charges will apply beyond the agreed amount, provided the motorcycle is returned on time.

3. Customer Responsibilities

There is no fuel policy – motorcycles may be returned with any fuel level.

Reckless or unsafe driving is strictly prohibited.

The customer must use the motorcycle responsibly and in compliance with local traffic laws.

The motorcycle must be returned in clean condition

4. Damage, Theft & Liability

The customer is fully responsible for any damages to the motorcycle during the rental period.

In the event of theft, the customer accepts full financial responsibility for the loss of the motorcycle.

5. Usage Restrictions

The motorcycle must not be taken outside Malé or the Greater Malé area.

The motorcycle is strictly for use by the customer who signed the rental agreement and must not be shared or sub-rented.

If the motorcycle is found to be used by any other person other than the registered renter, a penalty of 2000MVR will be charged immediately.

The motorcycle must not be used for any illegal activities under Maldivian law. Engaging in unlawful actions, including but not limited to transporting illegal substances, reckless endangerment, or any other prohibited conduct, is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of payments.

6.Liability for Fines and Towing

The renter shall take full responsibility for any and all fees, fines, or penalties arising from towing, parking violations, or any other infractions issued by the law enforcement authorities of the Maldives during the rental period. The renter must immediately inform the company of any such incident or notice received. In addition, the renter shall remain liable for paying the daily rental fee for each day the motorcycle is held in the tow yard until it is released and returned to the company.

7. RideFi Rights

RideFi reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any of the above terms are violated.

RideFi may retain any deposits or payments in the event of breach of contract.

8. Liability Waiver

The customer acknowledges the risks associated with motorcycle riding.

RideFi is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the rental period.
